BULLSHIT

Okay, so seriously what's with this hyper emotional world that we're living in all of a sudden? Meh, let's get to the point. For the past couple of weeks I've been seeing on my facebook, stuff like Well congratulations girls. It's an amazing thing that you're fair and you don't care if you're lovely, because, boy that's what we all do in here. And of course, we generalize doctors as having bad handwriting, in much the same way as Hitler generalized jews to be assholes who needed to be killed. So a kudos to you miss doctor for really breaking away from that stereotype. I actually shouldn't even jab at the girls, they're just a small part of a really stupid big campaign. The campaign, is about breaking stereotypes, and the list of stereotypes that it breaks, are barely stereotypes to start with. Like, here: because nobody knew that. All I feel like saying to the guy organizing this thing is, what's the purpo...

My (somewhat?)best friend, my ex girlfriend?

So I was talking to my girlfriend yesterday (AKA the love of my life) and she said that I shouldn't give up writing on my blog, that it was a great hobby and I should pursue it, lest I forget how its done. I thought about it and kinda agreed, but emphasized how I had much less to say now. Then she pointed out how most of the posts on my blog are sad or angry, none of them are happy. I was like well some are funny at least, she said, its not the same as happy! that even the ones about the past girls  aren't really happy. So I said well they're as good as the times I had with them. So she said, " Are you sad, cuz that blog reflects that! You should write about the happy times you've had too not just the sad ones!" I told her how this blog wasn't a reflection of my personality but just a place I chose to vent in. "I mean even the name, - unspoken verses", that's what it says. "Well jackass, I've been hinting at you to do a pos...

The Last from Kazakhstan

First off, I'm a bad blogger. I had thought that I'd be writing more after that blog post, but, then I stalled, and now, it's been almost 10 days since my return from Kazakhstan. Anyway, so about society, it's pretty standard stuff. Except, that more women than men means, the women are out looking for decent guys more than the guys are out, (one of the Russian guys told me about some chicks who were out to get a guy for boyfriends or more - it was interesting to say the least :P ) And, well, we were exotic foreigners to them. And pretty somewhat flirty girls are always interesting. That said, I have a girl and I let that be known, unlike many others who were something completely different there. And yet, it seemed to me that because, the girls were more and the guys in scarcity, the guys were able to be rather dominating! Or maybe that's the culture! Anyway, I recently started a tech blog, and since the audience for this blog and that blog is pretty much a...

The first from Kazakhstan

привет That's "Hello" in Russian. That's how all the text around here looks. Anyway, so I'm someone who kind of did a deep study of the sexes and the human behaviour in Kota. And right when I was starting to think I'd seen it all, I came here. I'm here with about 25 students from college.. 15 boys, and 10 girls. This is day 4 of my arrival in Kazakhstan. I made friends with a guy, and the way I work with a new place is, I wanna usually find someone smart, be friends with the local people, and know how the society here works. As Indians, who watch American TV, and American movies and read news about the United States of America, and go to the United States of America, we are somehow wired to see all Caucasians/White people, as similar to Americans in behaviour. We expect, friendly, open people, who talk and make friends. Then we also expect, that even if the friendship may lead to more, they don't discuss in large groups, (like a group of le...

Mother's Day

I had the flowers delivered to my mom on Saturday morning, a day before mother's day. Cuz on Friday night, I thought, the next day was Sunday, mother's day. Tell me this happens to you folk too?

Kazakhstan

So, I'm going for my summer internship to the above mentioned country. I'm going to be working at Arcellor Mittal there. The other day, me and Sahil were visiting some of the wikitravel pages of Kazakhstan, and we found a passage. You should abstain from any arguments with locals, otherwise you may end up in the hospital. Kazakh people are extremely friendly and welcoming towards foreigners and nothing should happen to you unless you really want it yourself. Kazakh people are extremely friendly. Except the part where you might end up in a hospital over an argument. I'm certain there's a contradiction in there somewhere. Maybe the definition of the words extremely friendly and welcoming. Anyhow. More posts to follow. Love to you all.
